This is the spirit with which Gonçalo embraces challenges at Consulting House. Coming from one of the most demanding moments of his life, he brings with him the unwavering determination of someone who knows how to turn obstacles into opportunities. He believes that effort, persistence, and passion are the essential engines to achieve any goal, guiding himself daily by another motto he carries tattooed on his soul: “You’ll Never Walk Alone.” For him, no matter how difficult the path may be, overcoming challenges is achieved with everyone’s support and the strength of the collective.
His connection to the world of performance began early, inspired by Formula 1 and Ayrton Senna, valuing the courage to take risks at decisive moments. But Gonçalo also has a keen analytical side: he is fascinated by numbers and data analysis. For him, data are not just cold statistics. He believes that numbers always hide stories and truths about people, offering valuable clues to those who know how to interpret them.
His other areas of interest reflect this same eclectic curiosity: reading manga, out of a love for Japanese culture; and science fiction and horror, where imagination and adrenaline meet. In his free time, balance comes from watching films, listening to music on vinyl, and playing padel. He is also an enthusiast of sports in general, following Football (soccer), Tennis, and Roller Hockey with particular attention, both for their tactical and emotional dimensions.
Above all, Gonçalo values his fundamental pillars: his girlfriend and his family. His fascination with History remains alive as a reminder that we must learn from the past to avoid repeating mistakes. He seeks to be happy, balancing personal growth with a passion for what he does.
Gonçalo holds a Master’s degree in Education and Training from the Institute of Education of the University of Lisbon, with a specialization in E-Learning and Distance Education. A holder of the CCP and the E-Trainer Certificate, he sees Consulting House as the perfect opportunity to apply his knowledge and values, fully aware that no one reaches the destination alone.
