She holds deep knowledge about many topics, being always able to present solid answers, based on scientific evidence and on her personal and professional experience. Moreover, her serenity allows others to find the most creative solutions, particularly in challenging situations.

Marta is very curious and believes that one can always give more when understanding how things work “behind the scenes”, that is why she uses a deep approach in the different types of interventions.

In her teenage years, Marta engaged in theatre classes and, later on, had clinical training and practice. Due to this experience, she developed a very clear communication style, in which she offers examples, ensures common understanding and uses accentuated body language and facial expression to convey her message.

Marta uses her free time applying Saint-Exupéry’s quote, by engaging in volunteer work with young children from families in need, by inventing new ways to play and to nurture her little daughter’s creativity and happiness or just by exposing herself to different people and realities from which she can learn and be inspired.

Marta has a PhD. degree in Psychology. She authored scientific papers and book chapters and has been invited as a lecturer in various Psychology faculties. She is a member of the Portuguese Psychology Association (OPP) and the American Psychological Association (APA). Marta is also a Reiss Motivation Profile Master. She studied and worked in Madrid and Sevilla and speaks fluently Spanish and English, being Portuguese her mother tongue.
