From Leadership to Transformation

Brief Synopsis: The kick start of our yearly event Wave Experience by Consulting House had the theme “From Leadership to Transformation” and took place at Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian. The main question was “ How can we transform companies through the transformation of its leaders?”, one of the factors that many times hinders organizations to achieve their goals. In this inaugural event, we were fortunate to have our guests (and clients) share their point of view on topics such as: How to empower leaders for Culture Transformation, How to empower leaders for Strategy Implementation and How to create an Academy for a profession that doesn’t exist yet.
