Brief Synopsis: Ricardo J. Vargas key-note speech was about the Myths of Motivation where the main message was “recruit for attitude and train for competence”. We were fortunate to have Paula Carneiro, HR Director at EDP, share how they use the RMP profile in their career counselling, the impact it is having on each person that took it and had a debrief session after. We ended up the Business Breakfast with participants sharing how they could craft the employee experience in their organizations.
