Games
We develop training programs and methodologies that allow us to meet all of our clients’ needs for the development of leadership skills.
Why games?
Since we were kids, we have learned through games and play. We become adults and tend to forget about this intrinsic motivator!
At Consulting House, we include gamification elements in our trainings, or we create completely new games for a client, that promote participants’ learning, higher information retention and increased motivation. Each person contributes with more and delivers to their maximum. Learning becomes more subtle and, as a consequence, more powerful. With a good debriefing performed by our experienced consultants, participants consolidate their learnings and connect it to their reality, increasing, for example, their work motivation or company engagement. When we create a game, our focus is on learning and people transformation. So we promise results for you and your employees.

Gamification
Play with your teams’ sucess! Consulting House has experience in Gamification interventions. The briefing might be a team building day or a training day, however, when we are asked for outcomes such as increased engagement, motivation, productivity and creativity, teamwork, cooperation and communication and improvements in individual performance, we know what to do. No two Gamification interventions are the same. The intervention design and elements selection to be integrated depend on a set of factors: skills to be developed, target, type of organization, available means, content and context. To ensure its effectiveness, we do consulting and customization work to the real needs of your company, tailoring the GAME to your employees, your company culture and enhancing their development.
