Creating close, trusting relationships focused on what is most important to each person is what guides Melany’s path.
She is curious by nature and passionate about people’s development, so her work is celebrated by a genuine desire to get to know others and encourage their growth.
Melany has a phrase that she frequently repeats and that says a lot about her way of being: “We all do the best we can with the resources we have, until we realize that we need new resources to move forward to our next level”. This phrase is true both in her professional and personal life. She likes to learn, to be challenged and to challenge others.
Her ability to listen, to read between the lines and her focus on solutions allow her to get close to people and connect at a very deep level, creating true transformational moments.
Working with and for people is, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in her life. She considers herself privileged for having discovered her true purpose so early in life. Her passion for human relationships allows her to create trusting relationships and partnerships that go beyond projects and remain in time, both with colleagues and clients.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on the beach and playing with her daughter. If she didn’t work on people’s development and transformation, she would dedicate her life to the transformation of spaces. She is very fond of renovations and decorating and is often found helping friends and family in these types of projects.
With a degree in Clinical Psychology and Counselling, she started her professional career as a clinical Psychologist in hospital environment, which allows her to know and understand human behaviour and bring it to her daily routine. She is also a postgraduate in Work and Organizational Psychology, ICC-International Coaching Community certified Coach, Master in Reiss Motivation Profile® and is currently a Power MBA student.
